Components for Transfer Systems

Pallet stoppers fulfill two functions in the assembly of industrial and household goods on palette loop systems: They ensure smooth deceleration of individual or several palettes which have been parked in waiting positions at set line areas in the production process, and forward them individually for transporting to the next manufacturing position. There the palette stopper again ensures a smooth deceleration to avoid damage to the manufactured parts from hard impacts. At the same time it ensures the final position is reached precisely to guarantee correct machined assembly.
